Every public server currently answering for ChatNet, with region, ports, and the admin to contact if something's wrong on that specific box.
Most clients should just connect to irc.chatnet.gg — it round-robins across every leaf below automatically, and fails over if one goes down. Pick a leaf directly only if you specifically want to land on that region.
